Materials:
The telescopic cylinders are made of high
thickness laminated tubing without welds:
ST. 52.2 DIN –2391 R=500-650 N/mm²
Rs=355 N/mm² MW 450 20 MnV 6 R=550-720
N/mm² Rs=420 N/mm²
Base, eyes and heads in steel: Fe 510
R=450-630 N/mm².
Stages:
They are made in a single piece starting from
the raw bar, without the assistance of welding,
with special NC lathes in order always to
maintain perfect concentricity; moreover,
they allow a greater drive length and make
the cylinder work to the end of the run at
the maximum pressure.
Surfaces:
The external surfaces of the stages undergo
an initial machining phase followed by a chroming
treatment and a final polishing phase, achieving
a degree of roughness of:
Ra <= 0.5 monitored at each cycle
by means of a roughness meter.
Even during this phase of the production cycle
each piece is checked by means of a roughness
meter..
Seals:
Seals, scrapers and guide rings are bought
in.
Max Pressure: 400 Kg/cm² (395 Bar)
Temperature: da -40 a 110 C°.
Speed: 0,5 m/s
Oil: mineral based hydraulic and lubricating
oils.
Testing:
All the cylinders undergo a final operating
test with hydraulic pressure equal to the
technical specifications stated in the catalogue
and/or required by customer.
